Your purchase did not work out for you? We are happy to grant a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Please email skinnvi@skinnvi.com to initiate a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Items attempted to be refunded or exchanged outside of this period will not be eligible for return and/or exchange. In order to avoid this possible outcome, we suggest trying on all ordered items as soon as they are received.You must give your name, address, and contact information (email address and phone number) along with the order number and reason for refund or exchange. Items must be shipped back to SkinnVi at cost of shipper. Instructions will be emailed to you. Refunded and exchanged merchandise must have original tags on clothing items and appear to be in their original and unworn condition. This includes having no makeup or deodorant marks, undamaged, with the original tags still intact. If items are not returned in this condition, purchaser may receive up to 50% back on the original total purchase price. SkinnVi must have the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouse and approved before issuing a refund or exchange. Upon receiving and inspection of return, any refunds or exchanges will be made within 10 business days. This return policy only applies to products purchased from our online store. Purchases made at other locations are not eligible. SkinnVi recommends using a trackable and insured delivery method for items shipped back for return or exchange. SkinnVi is not responsible for the loss of the garments during the return process.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

SkinnVi reserves the right to soley limit and define refuse and/or reject customer returns or future purchases at any time under the following:

Noted irregular or excessive returns history of apparel that is brought back, worn, laundered, damaged, altered, or missing items; or a history that of returns that is indicative of “wardrobing”.Appearance of potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
